1.Wat is uw minimale bestelhoeveelheid?

• Gewoonlijk is onze minimale bestelhoeveelheid 1000 stuks. Maar we accepteren proefbestellingen met lagere hoeveelheden.

 2.Kan ik monsters krijgen?

• Natuurlijk. We leveren bestaande monsters meestal gratis. Maar voor aangepaste ontwerpen brengen we een klein bedrag in rekening. Monsterprijzen worden terugbetaald nadat de bestelling een bepaalde hoeveelheid heeft bereikt.

 3.Hoe lang is de leveringscyclus voor monsters?

• Bestaande monsters zijn gratis binnen 1-3 dagen. Als je een eigen ontwerp nodig hebt, duurt het 5-7 dagen, afhankelijk van of je ontwerp een nieuw drukscherm vereist, enz.

 4.Van welk materiaal is dit product gemaakt?

• This product is customized from aluminium, paper and stainless steel.

 5.Als ik mijn eigen ontwerp wil, welk bestandsformaat heb ik dan nodig?

• We hebben ons eigen team van ontwerpers. Je kunt dus bestanden aanleveren in formaten zoals JPG, AI, CDR of PDF.

 6.Hoeveel kleuren zijn er beschikbaar?

• We gebruiken het Pantone kleuraanpassingssysteem voor kleuraanpassingen.
