• Usually our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces. But we accept trial orders with lower quantities.

 2.Can I have samples?

• Of course. We usually provide existing samples for free. But custom designs will charge a small sample fee. Sample fees are refundable after the order reaches a certain quantity.

 3.How long is the sample delivery cycle?

• Existing samples are free in 1-3 days. If you need your own design, it will take 5-7 days, depending on whether your design requires a new printing screen, etc.

 4.What material is this product made of?

• This product is customized from aluminium, paper and stainless steel.

 5.If I want my own design, what format of file do I need?

• We have our own team of designers. So you can provide files in formats such as JPG, AI, CDR or PDF.

 6.How many colors are available?

• We use the Pantone color matching system for color matching.
